The Art of the Incredible Artist Wlop/ NTOPAZ TALENT CURATION.
Hello! Good afternoon everyone in the ntopaz community and in steemit.
On this occasion I want to make my entry for the ntopaz curation contest. He is a person I have been following for some time and I really admire what he does.
Wang Ling Wlop or known by all his followers as Wlop, is a digital artist, design engineer and illustrator of Chinese origin.
Make FanArts, illustrations, drawings in 3D and also has his own comic called GoshtBlade.

His expressive works, show many emotions. These are full of love, romanticism, mystery, joy, pain, melancholy or suspense that lead the viewer to live and feel the work as if they were there in person.
Specialist in conceptual art makes each of his works a great fantasy creating scenarios in which we can appreciate the depth of field also, the perspective giving a great view to the viewer. His strokes are a bit disorganized in a certain way, expresses an idea without detailing so much, only what he considers important and necessary, giving more depth to each work he does.
What we can not fail to appreciate and makes very striking the art of him are the incredible structures and designs he creates, ranging from castles, cities, large salons (in the comic we can see many fantastic scenarios), clothing, accessories, armors with designs and bright colors, even a city reflected in a tear! also those small details that make the work very interesting to see, his works can be interpreted in different ways depending on the viewer who sees it.
A great imagination, a lot of fantasy and designs make his works totally incredible.

This was my presentation of Wlop to the nTopaz community for the talent curation contest, I really love seeing their work and living every emotion with the mysterious GoshtBladede and the ice princess.
The curation [CU] of nTOPAZ is a type of introduction to other artist's works and does not claim to be one's own. Also, works released on social media may be perceived as agreeing to sharing without requiring a separate permission unless the author has set up a separate no-share setting. Jaguar should no longer take issue with this type.

How did you established that the works you show are allowed by the artist to be shared for commercial purposes?
Its amazing you are an art curator for @ntopaz and you dont even respect the rules....
Excuse the intrusion, I just read the rules of the contest, and this only ask to show who is the author and that the knowledge of the social networks of the author of the works, this participant is not a violation of the rule of this healing contest, from my point of view.
Then, if he causes it for these reasons, then he would have to accuse all the other participants

The rules clearly say that the material used needs to be allowed to shared(by the author) in this case commercially obviously.
This posts would need to be in decline.or have permission by the author, otherwise, by allowing this you guys are exposing ntopaz and all the front ends to DMCA takedown notices, which I assume is not what Ntopaz intends.
I'm waiting for @ntopaz to clarify that part. Posts that serve as reviews, commentary or critics fall under fair use as far as I know. Otherwise you have to increase your scope to posts do film reviews, anime reviews, and game reviews. The content is not the art but the review. The sources are there and the author has clearly stated they do not own it.
However, pre-permission is required when sharing works such as personal homepages, not social media with shared functions.

That is incredible Artist and her works are really amazing, made with a lot of passion to the characters and love to Fantasy. I can understand that you might be inspired by this Artists and you wish to create digital Art. Thank you for sharing the information about Wang Ling Wlop such an interesting person.
