Lunch and hangout at PJ State 八打灵上街中饭好去处

Been awhile I haven't enjoy blogging food stuff for you guys. Today I'm going to share with you a very special Friday in PJ State, you guys will not miss it if you're around this area. Since only me and Mr.Chan for this lunch occasion he ride his superbike to the destination, whilst I took a walk. Off we went to Sam U Claypot Restaurant. You can't miss this, because its right opposite of the state management building.

已经一段时间没有和大家分享关于食物的文章了。今天我希望借这个机会给大家分享一下周五在八打灵上街地区吃中饭的好去处。在市议会大厦的对面而已，绝对错不了。既然中饭只有我和陈老师两人所以最后的决定是，陈老师骑他的野马虾重型机车上去，我走路去。然后我们到了三友荣格瓦煲饭店。

First, I would like to introduce you the famous dish of Seafood duo fried rice. Why Dua? Apparently, there's always a story behind the menu. It was called Duo Fried Rice because this dish were fried with two type of rice. Brown rice and white rice. Usually, Brown rice is very rough and hard to cook. Whereas, white rice absorb moisture very quickly and easily overcooked. By mixing the duo in the same pan to fry them will result in brown rice helped absorb the extra moisture to avoid the white rice being overcooked. Just before the rice ready to serve, pour in the seafood and eggs so the shrip doesn't get overcooked, and the egg will have a little moisture. But the sauce, too bad owner wouldn't share. It's trade secret. For regular customers, we order it as "dual color fried rice", believe it you could get an extra shrimp or two.

首先给大家介绍一下，这个就是镇店名牌，海鲜鸳鸯炒饭。何为鸳鸯？充其量也只不过是一碟炒饭，到底是什么让它超凡呢？能叫鸳鸯必定事出有因，原来这个炒饭是用糙米和普通白米炒出来的。根据老板娘陈述，原来这个中原因是糙米本身比较难熟。而白饭用来炒饭又很容易过熟。所以，当将两种米饭一同炒的时候，糙米反而会将白米吸收水份减低。上桌前将蛋和海鲜加入面得虾太熟，蛋太硬。至于，酱汁是秘密。如果是常客，都会叫这个做双色炒饭。说不定老板多给你两枚虾子。

In Sam U Claypot, their most significant dish is Steam chicken and pork knuckles. However, this is my favorite dish, Curry Seafood in the pot! Consist of eggplant, ladyfinger, tomato, fish, shrimp and squid. Why would I take this instead of the significant dish? First, the spicy sour sauce is the killer! The curry gravy is not too spicy, adding this sauce into the already fragrant fried rice will result in serious over eating incident. Secondly, those pork knuckle pot are way too big portion for two person. Trust me, even if we have number of people sharing the dish, I will still go for this curry seafood pot!

在三友，他们呢比较有名的是蒸白斩鸡和猪手。不过，我最喜欢的就是这一味海鲜咖喱阿三煲。咖喱煲里有羊角豆，番茄，茄子配上鱼片，墨鱼和虾。你可能会问，为什么又是海鲜？其实，在吉隆坡地区的海鲜都是外面运来的。最要命的是那个咖喱汁。又酸又辣！这些咖喱汁浇上了本来已经很浓味道的炒饭，肯定会吃过头了！再说，如果是吃啥猪手两个人吃又好像吃不完。不过，就算人再多有猪手有白斩鸡我也不能放过这个咖喱煲。

After lunch, the near by parade has a food truck camp. We went for a coconut shake. If you do not know, our regular afternoon is about 35'C and above. Mr.Chan decided to buy me a cup of coconutshake so we can enjoy some chill pill.

午饭过后，我们到了同一条街道的广场，这里有一大堆小贩/快餐车。我们看到了有椰肉冰沙，想都不想就冲过去了。如果你没有来过马国，下次来体验一下这里中午的35度天气，常年都是夏天的。陈老师请我喝杯椰肉冰沙，这么炎热的中午，爽啊！

Right infront of the state building is a small community park. Surprisingly, this park is not a smoke free zone. Those vaper and smoker, this could be your paradise. We enjoyed our coconut shake there and waive good bye to each other.

市政厅前面就是一个很小型的休闲公园。搞笑的是，这个小公园虽然在市政厅前面，但是并不是禁烟的。有烧材习惯的朋友，这个就是天堂啦。我和陈老师在这里喝着椰肉冰沙谈天说地互相打屁过了一个愉快的中饭时间。
