3 things we shouldn't do when the crypto market is on the rise

In the year 2018 we were all year with a falling market and the actions we should take at that time, have to do with safeguarding our capital in a stable currency such as the dollar or enter the market by making staggered entries down the so-called (Shorts or short) on a platform that would place operations betting that the price would fall and thus capitalize, these Exchange at that time would be Bitmex or Bitfinex that would allow us to do such actions, all in order to follow the general trend at that time.

But now that we are currently in a rising market and the partial trend of the Cryptomarket since the beginning of 2019 is rising and that we should clearly do the opposite when it is falling:

What should we not do in these circumstances?

Perhaps there are some rules or a series of steps to follow at this time that the general feeling is positive and that in addition the global political-economic situation is favoring the Crypts, because the answer is yes.

there are 3 things to keep in mind that from my point of view we should not do when the market is on the rise and detailed below:

  1. If we are investors and speculators in the market we should never place short (down) trades in an asset. Although every bull market has its corrections and we could easily make these trades, we will do this only if we have advanced technical knowledge regarding the price action, otherwise it is recommended for everyone to follow the general trend, so something we should NOT do if we are an average speculator is to bet down without prior knowledge.
  1. We know that diversifying our investments is really important for our money and the healthiest, as they say we should never put the eggs in a single basket, so the second thing we should NOT do is to have all our capital in a single currency, such as the Bitcoin which is the main cryptocurrency, so we should look for the best projects depending on our analysis in the same point that its price will follow the same pattern as the Bitcoin when it is rising, a clear example of this is Ethereum.
  1. I am one of those who think that the cryptocurrencys will be our future, however, in rising circumstances as we are currently the third thing I think we should NOT do is have our funds in trust currencies (dollar, Euro) or at least not a greater percentage than we have in the crypts, this is part of the diversification that I commented, but we must remember that a characteristic of all good money is that it is scarce and cryptocurrencys such as Bitcoin have a total impression or emission that cannot be manipulated and this makes it a deflationary asset and is therefore revalued in time, so our best move is to have a good percentage destined to the cryptocurrencys of our preference and definitely not a fiat.

These are the 3 main things that from my point of view we should not do in a bull market, I hope this can be of much help to all those who are investing or speculating with the cryptocurrencies and have a good management of their money and make good decisions regarding how to handle it.
