The dance of history.

Often when we look at a picture of modern art, we find ourselves unprepared.
During my art history lessons, I can make my students understand some aspects of modern art.
The ways are different and connected to each other, as history teaches us.

A very valid method is to connect a modern artist's painting to his previous art production.
Follow a philology and observe the style and way of representing the concepts of an artist.

Furthermore we must link the artist's production to the contemporary, and above all to the artistic currents of the period.
A great artist himself determines a new current, creating new avenues of art.
Picasso is a unique case, with the invention of Cubism.

Another important aspect that helps the understanding of the work of art is a careful observation of the elements that make up the picture.

The contents of a work conceal very intriguing and innovative meanings.

Social complaints, moods, futuristic forecasts, are only part of an artistic piece.

I remember that an artist has his own perception of the world.

The art forms that create an artist are based on his vision and sensitivity, he is the creator and creator of his own world with different shapes and signs, original and revolutionary.

The result of an artist's production is to be analyzed together with his artistic life and his individual or group research.

If for Plato the art was mimesis of nature, that is imitation of reality, today we can no longer affirm this.
An artist produces his perception of the world, both sensory and physical.

Spesso quando guardiamo un quadro di arte moderna, ci troviamo impreparati.
Durante le mie lezioni di storia dell'arte, riesco a far comprendere ai miei studenti alcuni aspetti dell'arte moderna.
I modi sono diversi e collegati tra loro, come la storia ci insegna.

Un metodo molto valido è quello di collegare il quadro di un artista moderno alla sua produzione di arte precedente.
Seguire una filologia e osservare lo stile e il modo di rappresentare i concetti di un artista.

Inoltre dobbiamo collegare la produzione dell'artista alla contemporaneità, e soprattutto a delle correnti artistiche del periodo.
Un grande artista, determina egli stesso una nuova corrente, crea delle nuove strade dell'arte.
Picasso è un caso unico, con l'invenzione del Cubismo.

Un altro aspetto importante che aiuta la comprensione dell'opera d'arte è in una osservazione attenta agli elementi che compongono il quadro.

Nel contenuto di un'opera si celano significati molto intriganti e innovativi.

Denunce sociali, stati d'animo, previsioni futuristiche,sono solo una parte di un pezzo artistico.

Ricordo che un artista ha una propria percezione del mondo.

Le forme d'arte che crea un artista sono basate sulla sua visione e sensibilità, egli è artefice e creatore di un proprio mondo con forme e segni differenti, originali e rivoluzionari.

Il risultato della produzione di un artista è da analizzare insieme alla sua vita artistica e alle sue ricerche individuali o di gruppo.

Se per Platone l'arte era mimesi della natura, cioè imitazione della realtà, oggi non possiamo più affermare questo.
Un artista produce la sua percezione del mondo, sia esso sensoriale che fisico.

Il lavoro pittorico che oggi condivido è parte di una serie realizzata qualche tempo fa.
Un percorso di ricerca fondato sulla gestualità e sull'uso di colori industriali.

Sono molto distante dall'acquarello.
Ho usato tecniche moderne, come gli spray, gli smalti sintetici e maschere di copertura, come fanno i writers.

Chi ha letto qualche mio post, conosce la mia passione per la storia dell'arte primitiva e quella aborigena.
