What up Steemians & DTubers, this is a long overdue community update as we have been hard at work bringing our dreams into reality. I (@D00k13) figure now is a good time to poke my head above water and show we are invested for the long haul by bringing to light the aspects of our community and the projects we are working on. When referring to the #OneLoveDTube community I call it a support network with the aim of encouraging, inspiring and guiding our community members into finding their own success on the DTube platform. In short everything we aim to achieve is in the name of giving back to our community members helping them continue forward on their DTube journey maximising the impact of their creations.

Support

Comes in two forms both relating to the support of the DTube platform and creators alike.

• Financial, through our curation trail which provides rewards for both our creators and beneficiary rewards for DTube.
• Hosting, on our IPFS Node keeping your videos playable forever and adding bandwidth to the IPFS file hosting network for better playability. We also have a uploader so you can still upload during those downtimes times or moments of increased strain on the regular uploader, skip the waiting queues.

Encouragement & Inspiration

We aim to engage on the blockchain as community members commenting on others works to help keep that passion for creation alive. We choose to embrace a positive message to help empower one another instead of berate and diminish each others opinions, choosing to get along despite our differences. Providing ideas and opinions for one another to further inspire your creations, if you ever need an idea someone in our discord server can help you come up with something.

Guidance

Whether you are new to the platform or been on Steemit forever we are more than happy to help guide you through the process of starting your DTube journey. If you're faced with uploading issues we can most likely help you figure out the solution. Need advice on video production or even just some tools to use for your creations our creators are more than happy to share the knowledge they have gained.

#OneLoveDTube Video Hosting Services

The IPFS Node Hosting Services and the IPFS Node Uploader are just two of the projects we have on the go to help support our DTube creators while also supporting DTube’s video file hosting network known as IPFS. With these two services you can upload despite what happens to the main nodes and your videos remain playable forever. Another benefit is quicker load times with multiple sources, IPFS works like torrents more nodes quicker streaming capabilities. Still In The Works

• Curation Post, needs some finishing touches on the posting script & layout plus with recent complications of RPC nodes the need of an arrangement to access one of the non public nodes for stability purposes.
• Discord Curation Team, we have a few people working on it but we need to pull up our socks and may still need to strengthen this force.
