Alcohol and depression go hand in hand man. I've had a few beers etc since I first started my healthy lifestyle in 2014, but tbh although the flavours were nice, I didn't crave that buzz or the feeling of being on alcohol. In fact I prefer to be 100% of my right mind. I even remember having just 2 beers and having some crazy sneezing fit, my body must of been shocked!
Shame I missed this when you posted it because it won't play for me. I've been sober for coming up on 13 years now. I'd love to hear what you said!
