ALMOST EVERYTHING WE ENJOY TODAY was impossible yesterday or few years back, deep inside of everyone lives an impossible thought. A dream longing to come through, a mission on the inside so as to transform impossibility into a possibility, a possibility into a probability and a probability into a fact. Life can be funny because it is a perpetual barrage of ‘things’ coming at us, beside us or past us.
Fear of the unknown, faith, friends, past, mistakes, anger, peace and indecision ask for our time and demand our attention. All over and over, what they give is an impression that everything is impossible to do, or at least very difficult to do or achieve; but there is always a point in time to move forward and dive in to the next stage irrespective of the challenges.
The good news is that what make the impossible possible is inside of us, all we have to do is wake up to awaking the zeal that is inside of us, and tell yourself that you can do it again and again; all it takes is to dive in and swim through irrespective of the challenges.

What exactly is Swimming and It Benefits.
When you swim, expect to burn about 360 calories, after just 30 minutes of doing the breast stroke-that beats walks, cycling and even running. Imagine 360 at once! Isn’t that great?
Swimming strengthens muscles; the resistance of water can be 44 times greater than that of the air, meaning you have to work harder to move through it. It’s like working out with weights without using expensive equipment. What an affordable way to strengthen your muscles!
Swimming has a lower risk of injury than many other forms of exercise. No risk of a ball, bat or racket hitting you. Moreover, you bear only about 10% of your weight when you swim, due to the buoyancy of water. This means you can move your bones, joints and muscles with greater ease and less strain. In fact, swimming is the exercise that is recommended for injured or overweight people, or people who suffer from arthritis.
People are less prone to tension, depression, anger and confusion when they’ve been swimming overtime, whether they are professional or amateur swimmers, thanks to the release of serotonin.
I must not forget to mention that swimming has also been shown to improve bone strength-especially in post-menopausal women-and to help to control blood sugar levels, lower blood pressure and reduce LDL cholesterol in the blood.
So why not learn how to swim today and partake of these benefits? If you don’t exercise because you hate getting sweaty, then swimming is good news for you.
As a swimmer, you’ll never get overheated or sweaty because the water around you is constantly cooling you down.Remember, “A dead fish can float downstream, but it takes a live one to swim upstream”.
