La historia detrás de La Niebla Blues

Ese día estaba con mi esposa instalando un sistema en un cliente en La Colonia Tovar (Un sitio que queda como a 2 horas de Caracas, en Venezuela y es alto y frio). Se hicieron las 6PM y oscureció de pronto, yo le dije a mi esposa que quizás nos debíamos quedar porque ya era muy tarde para retornar por esa carretera tan peligrosa, pero ella me convenció y decidimos partir.
La calle es angosta, y de noche hay sitios donde se dificulta la visión, alrededor de 20 min después, nos encontramos en un sitio donde "La Niebla" se hizo protagonista, al principio uno se podía detener y ella pasaba y algo se veía, pero unos kilómetros mas adelante llego un momento donde "La Niebla" venía en dirección hacia nosotros, muy espesa y a gran velocidad. En ese punto "No se veía nada", recuerdo que pensé en devolverme y no sabía por donde, nop me quería detener por miedo a que nos asaltaran, sólo podía seguir según mi intuición con una "visión de centímetros".
Unos metros adelante, empezaron a venir vehículos en dirección contraria, con las lucen "altas", y eso puso peor la situación, porque cada vez que pasaban era como un flash. De allí ese pasaje que dice "Un brillo nos deja en la tiniebla".

That day I was with my wife installing a system in a client in La Colonia Tovar (a place that is about 2 hours from Caracas, in Venezuela and it is high and cold). It was 6PM and it suddenly got dark, I told my wife that maybe we should stay because it was too late to return on that dangerous road, but she convinced me and we decided to leave.
The street is narrow, and at night there are places where vision is difficult, about 20 minutes later, we find ourselves in a place where "La Niebla" became a protagonist, at first you could stop and she would pass by and something would be seen, but a few kilometers further on, a moment arrived where "La Niebla" came towards us, very thick and at great speed. At that point "I could not see anything", I remember thinking about returning and I did not know where, nope wanted to stop me for fear of being assaulted, I could only follow my intuition with a "vision of centimeters".
A few meters ahead, vehicles started coming in the opposite direction, with the lights "high", and that made the situation worse, because each time they passed was like a flash. From there that passage that says "A brightness leaves us in the darkness"
