Steemit Open Mic Week 113 -Luna de Rasqui-

in #openmic5 years ago (edited)

Me estaba hablando!
Como al Loco Juan Carabina
Las noches de San Fernando

La pena, que todo lo ve
Con su microscopio
De desasosiego
La pena, aquí, creo que
¡Tiene un punto ciego!

Yo miraba la luna de Rasquí
Tumbado en la arena blanca
Y la luna me hablaba solo a mí
La luna me hablaba solo a mí

Luna, luna, luna llena
Toma en tu mano, la mía
Llévame adonde te canta
Mirándote, Simón Díaz

Hello to Friends, this week you will receive a song from Jorge Drexler, an Uruguayan musician, actor and doctor who specializes in otolaryngology. In 2004, he won wide recognition after becoming the first Uruguayan to win an Academy Award for composing the song "Al Another Side of the River "I firmly believe that he is one of the best composers of our time, in this song he makes a small but beautiful tribute to the Venezuelan composer Simón Díaz, who composed many songs mentioning the moon, then Drexler looking at the scratch moon that It is a very beautiful island with white sand of the Los Roques Archipelago, it is allowed to play in its composition, mentioning the songs of Simón, until the end of his song where he names it. The video is the one that has given more work but I think it was worth it, it is done with a lot of love and great level for you.

Here I leave the lyrics:

I looked at the moon of Rasquí
Lying on the white sand
And the moon spoke only to me
The moon spoke only to me

The Rasquí moon told me:
"You are in holy sand"
"And the penalty does not get here"
"The penalty does not get here"

I looked at the moon of Rasquí
Lying on the white sand
And the moon spoke only to me
The moon spoke only to me

The moon (I would swear)
He was talking to me!
Like the Crazy Juan Carabina
The nights of San Fernando

Grief, that everything sees

With your microscope
Of restlessness
Sorry, here, I think
It has a blind spot!

I looked at the moon of Rasquí
Lying on the white sand
And the moon spoke only to me
The moon spoke only to me

Moon, moon, full moon
Take in your hand, mine
Take me where he sings to you
Looking at you, Simón Díaz
