[Summary] Keeping track of my Body progression

A fit and healthy body isn't going to be built within (just) a few weeks of hard work at the gym.

We're talking about months/years of dedication taking care about your nutrition, your workout habits and you lifestyle.

Not long ago I've decided to start changing things and here I am, slowly progressing and building my body.

I'm not only focusing into my 'personal' appearance, I'm a % and numbers buddy, for that reason it's easier for me to keep motivated if I keep track of everuthing (without overstressing, ofc!).

For now, I'm paying attention to the IMC, my proportion of body fat & total weight. While a single indicator isn't reliable to get the whole picture.

The stats for March & June had been already tracked and shared in this Post.

Soon I'll be sharing the full measures for August (for now only the weight).
