I really like breakfast foods. I feel that they should be eaten at any times of the day, but consuming them first thing does seem most right. I'm pretty sure humans are creatures of habit, so most of us get into a routine of eating the same things every single day. Sure, we'll switch up a few things here and there, maybe even splurge if we go out to eat or brunch.

But on your average every day, run of the mill morning, what do you eat? Why? Is it a necessity? Do you just love it? How often do you switch it up? Got any delicious secrets you wanna share????
