5 Minute Free Write: Yogart
I had some super good yogurt today actually. It was nosa apple cinnamon Greek yogurt. It’s way to expensive really, I wouldn’t get it unless it’s on sale really. But it’s super good though.
I really wish it had a little more cinnamon in it but it was still pretty good.
I also had a client introduce me to Greek yogurt and apple sauce. Interesting to say the least. The first time I tried I didn’t have my ratios right but I’ve got it down now.
More yogurt than apple sauce is key.
