Post workout smoothie 🍹
I always try to get some source of protein in after a solid workout. Recently, I have been making some killer fruit smoothies that are high and rich in protein and other valuable nutrients. This smoothie’s ingredients consisted of:
-one banana
-6oz. of 2% milk
-6oz. water
-1 serving of fage Greek yogurt
-1 and 1/2 cup of frozen mixed fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries)
- 2 scoops peanut butter, and —
- 1 serving sliced almonds
That was enough for two whole glassfuls!! Yummmmm 😋😋
