Russia Will Enact Regulation For Digital Assets By 1 July 2019
Cointelegraph, citing an article by Russian news agency TASS, reported that Russia's Ministry of Economic Development is formulating a regulatory framework for digital assets, including cryptocurrencies.
According to Cointelegraph, Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the implementation of crypto regulation by 1 July 2019.
Russia's Deputy Minister of Economic Development- Ilya Torosov- told TASS:
"Concerning the time-frame for implementing... I am currently not ready to provide a response."
