It's hard to understand the system of most skateboarders because the leadership teams aren't consistent. This inconsistency leads to poor communication, dysfunction, feeling frustrated and confused. Ultimately the athlete never realizes his/hers full potential.
The reason you are reading this blog is because Steem it gives value to my company's values. It's values consist of a vision, data, process, traction, issues, and people.
I am the truth and to a group of average people running thier company's on one operating system (skateboards). This is why I want to set a clearly stated operating system on this social platform for everyone to follow.
