美味的粿雜

粿雜
它的料理結合了
豬🐷的各種內臟與豬🐷的肉片
再加上半顆煮熟的雞蛋
一定要配上粿雜皮才好吃

有🉐粿雜湯是加上藥材一起煮
有🉐粿雜湯只是加上了黑醬油
在我這裡想吃到正宗的粿雜湯相信是很難了
其中一個會煮正宗的粿雜湯的是我的老爸
但是現在只能夠在回憶裡吃了
(我的老爸已經仙遊了)
另外一位煮粿雜湯的老伯伯已經好久沒見過他了
不知道這位老伯伯還安好嗎?
記得自己小的時候就只是要吃老伯伯煮的粿雜
不喜歡吃別人煮🉐粿雜湯
因為其他人煮的粿雜湯和老伯伯煮的粿雜湯味道相差甚遠
不然就是藥材的味道很濃烈根本就沒有粿雜的原汁原味
現在為了解決我的嘴饞就只好將就一下了
