Day 1 dry fasting

Here we are. My first serious fasting of my life has started. I stopped eating and drinking 13 hrs ago. My goal is to dry fast for 36h and then keep going for 9 days water fasting.
Why am I doing it?
I believe that our body is our healer.
I want to heal PCOS and hypothyroidism stopping taking the daily medication.

Maybe I sound crazy but that's my intention.
This fasting time it will also be an occasion for connecting to myself and stay present to myself, listen my body and love myself more.

How do I feel?
Thirsty!! But calm;)
In the meanwhile, not by chance, I'm doing a 21 day abundance meditation and today's homework is to enjoy the day noticing all the abundance coming to me...what a weird synchronicity to do this the day I decided to stop eating and drinking! So. Let's enjoy this day fully!
