Dumaguete is the capital of Negros Oriental Province, A city of GENTLE PEOPLE, their hospitability can sieze you where the root word of dumaguete (dagit) derives.
If you're into diving, Dumaguete is the coolest diving spot in the visayan region granting that Dumaguete has the best of the best coastline and is a gate way to some world class diving. The place has something to offer for everyone.
