Green Chef Veggie Fajita Quesadilla
Green Chef does Vegan! This one was good, but the salsa they provided was super acidic and simply not good.
This recipe took about 30 minutes and I had to sub the broccoli for the green Pepper since some veggies simply don’t travel well.
For 80$ for 3 separate recipes is ok as far as boxes go. I have another order coming for next week and then may simply start things a bit more challenging. For new vegans and people with little time this is a super - great option. My daughter and I are having a fun time cooking together though and I thank Green Chef for that !! 🍓🍎🥦☕️
