Why it's important for Steemit and the value of Steem Mass Media like RT join
Hello dear Steemians,
as you heard RT, Russia Today, joined Steemit.
That's a big step for Steemit because RT isn't only very well known worldwide, they also have ten thousands of followers, most of them non crypto people.
By the time many of them will start following RT and open an account, their first crypto experience will be Steem.
Whether we like media channels like RT or not, the normal mainstream media as well,like BBC,CNN etc., every single one of them has huge followers.
Imagine what an impact on the value of steem and the audience for Steemit it would have.
I'm going to think about to start a twitter campaign to attract more of them.

At least they are smarter than @engadgetnews and not declining payouts on posts... With no incentive to support them they were also not supporting the steem community for strange reasons... it's nice to see a big organization like RT that "gets" steem though!
