Cooking Pasta at home with fresh ingredients off self-grown herbs

I just tried a new and more flavorful way. Strip the rosemary and add after stir frying the chopped garlic. The rosemary would be quite crispy after frying. Then throw in the pasta. Stir fry thoroughly using BIG flame. then a dash of light soy sauce. don't use salt. soy sauce better! continue to toss the pasta. finally throw in the purple basil leaves. a few quick toss, ready to serve. time taken: less than 15mins! :D

Garnished with fresh homegrown parsley and generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
