Week 27 - Pay It Forward Curation Contest
As every Friday, I'm excited to share with you my nominations for Pay It Forward Curation Contest held by @pifc - check out the original post from this week. You can read the rules of the contest in the original post as well.

The Pay It Forward Curation contest allows us to feature 2 great posts by Steemians with max rep. 55. Every week I find it harder and harder to find Steemians with max rep. 55 which is a good sign as it means that my favorite accounts are growing!
I've been following the 'art' tags for a few weeks now, so it is not a surprise that I have decided to nominate two great artists for the week 27 of Pay It Forward Curation Contest.

Jeremy opened his account in 2017 but he started posting just two months ago. His paintings are inspired by various situations and this is what I like about his work.
In his post here, he shows us his murals that he did on a beach. His murals are very cheerful and fit the environment perfectly. If you like to see more of his works, make sure to head to his account and show him some Steemit love.

Eddie is a self taught artist who is inspired by nature and psychedelic experiences/visions. His paintings are vibrant and colorful - a real treat for eyes!
In his post here, he shows us how he painted a kingfisher. The painting is so positive that it makes you smile. I like his detailed progress photos as well.

It is a good thing when it is hard to find REPS lower than 55 and also a bad thing as well. Good in the way you mentioned, people growing their number by succeeding. Bad in the way that evidently growth of the platform has really stalled in the form of new users or that people have just given up and left. Two edge sides to the sword as they say.

I agree with you. I would love to see more new people staying on the platform but facing current challenges I truly understand them leaving as soon as they realize that a potential growth for them is impossible..

Thank you Cici! There are so many artists here who I would love to feature but unfortunately their reputation is higher than 55 even though their rewards are very low. Is blue your favorite color? I used to love it when I was a child. Now I changed to purple :) Have a great weekend too!
Yes Martina, I think that artists with low rewards should engage more with the readers and stop playing like their art works.. hanging on the wall or display on home page😊
Yes @delishtreats... I love blue, white, black, green, yellow, red 😂😂😂 all colours, yes.. the sky blue is my favourite. I never keep in mind that blue is a calm and cool colour... it's just a wonderful reflection colour, freedom.
That is correct Cici! I like the way you said that :D But on the other hand, I think they do interact, but mostly within their own cycle of virtual friends.
I see that you are very flexible with the colors :D All colors are beautiful if you use them wisely :)

Oh, technology. I'm also struggling very often :) I'm using my phone just to make calls. I hate typing messages as it takes ages and I always make so many mistakes. Laptop is much better :)
