That's right you don't have to pay the advertised price for Steem-Monster cards. If you are not in a rush to get a specific card then you can set a bid to the amount that you are willing to pay and just leave it until a buyer comes along and accepts your bid.

I don't see the option on Steem-Monsters ?

You're right, the bid option is not on Steem-Monsters. Instead you will need to use https://peakmonsters.com/ which is a secondary market for our Steem-Monster cards. Peakmonsters has lots of different features you may find very useful like purchasing more then 1 card at a time.

How Do I Use The Bid Feature ?

Its very easy to use the bid feature. I just placed my first bid and it took less then a minute. First you will need to load up some SBD/Steem to the peakmonster site. You can do this via clicking the profile link at the top of the page after you log in. Once in the profile section you will see a link that says Deposit. Click it and send the desired amount of funds to your peakmonsters account. There is no transaction fee and the transfer is almost instant (Refresh your page after sending). Then Simply find and click the card in which you want to purchase, you will then see a Bid Icon next to that card. Click that bid icon and place any amount that you are willing to pay and presto your bid is now placed.

How Do I Remove A Bid ?

You can remove your bid at anytime via going to your profile section and scrolling to the bottom of the page. Once there you will see your order history and bid history. To cancel your bid click on the bid section and proceed to click on the trash can icon next to the bid you want canceled. Once you click the trash can icon your bid will then be canceled.
