"The Shoemaker" - Peoplephotography by worldcapture Week #24

This is my entry to @worldcapture's "People Photo Contest".

In February 2014 I spent close to month in Pushkar, Rajasthan, India. I had a really great time over there. Mantras were played day & night. Food was delicious. People were kind & good. It was very peaceful.

This was a street shoemaker who just approached me in the street & asked if he can fix my shoes & I accepted:

We drank chai & I smoked some hashish (he didn't want to) & I gave him some more money cause he was really, really good in his work! I wore these shoes for few more years after his work!
