Anemones belong to the family of the Rudiments - Ranunculaceae.

A few facts about the flower:

1. The plant is poisonous! Use requires caution.
2. Blossoms in March - May. It grows in broad-leaved and mixed forests, in forest, forest-steppe and northern steppe regions of Ukraine. Raw material. Leaves are used and, to a lesser extent, roots.
3. In scientific medicine, anemones are rarely used.
   In the folk with a therapeutic purpose, apply the ground part of the plant (stem, leaves, flowers) collected at the time of flowering.
   The plant is a folk remedy.

In our people, this flower is called the "hoptoad eye." I always noticed that these flowers can not be broken. And if you touch them with your hands, it's dangerous to rub your eyes, because vision may be lost. I did not check, so I do not know this is fiction or the truth.
