No	Nomination	My Reasons for the Nomination
1	Hurricane Bianca	A science teacher does his best to make it in New York and get his students to be interested in science. When he loses his apartment and his job, he ends up in a small town in Texas. The school is corrupt, the kids are mean, and he gets fired when they find out that he is gay. He comes back as a teacher - only this time, as a woman, and brings order to the class. Lots of intrigue, twists and lots of performances of drag queens.
2	Bridget Jones's Diary	The story of a young woman who decides to change her life. No more cigarettes or alcohol. The plan is to start exercising, get a good job and a boyfriend. It's a good plan, but so much happens that makes it difficult. Like falling in love with two men, her mother getting tired of her life as a housewife, and Bridget having a talent to do or say the wrong thing. One of the few movies I watched more than once.
3	Birdcage	When I first heard of the contest, I thought about the movie *La Cage aux Folles* I had watched a long time ago. while searching for it, I found *Birdcage*, the American remake with a star-studded cast. The son of a gay couple, night club owners and performers, wants to marry the daughter of an extremely conservative politician. The girl tells her parents that his father is an art ambassador to Greece. The parents are meeting and the son asks his father to be more "normal." This leads to all kinds of adventures and comical situations.
