I missed a few PHC contests but its time to get back to business. This months topic is Extraterrestrial movies and I can't wait to see what ones land on top of the voting list. If you are unsure of what PHCTOP3 is please click here to learn more.
My Picks
ET The Extra Terrestrial (1982 ): I would be very surprised if this didn't take first place on the poll list. I mean how can you have a top three Extraterrestrial Movies contest and not include E.T. on your list. Everyone knows the iconic line, "E.T. Phone Home".
Aliens ( 1986 ): This movie was/is very successful and has spawned many sequels. When discussing extraterrestrial movies it would be hard to not bring this one up. The original is a classic that will likely never be forgotten.
Men in Black (1997): With only being allowed to pick three it was tough filling this third spot but I think Men In Black should make the cut. It spawned several sequels and a prequel. The newest movie was just released this year (2019) so the franchise is still going strong.

1 - Create a blog post with your top 3 nominations along with your reasoning behind them. You must use the #phctop3 tag
2 - Put a link to your contest post entry in the comments section of the official contest post.
3 - Set your post payout to 50/50. You keep the SP and then transfer the STEEM or SBD (whichever is paid out at the time) to @phctop3 with a link to your blog post entry in the transfer memo.

Not sure how to find your post payout? Look in your Steem Wallet under Author Rewards to find the exact payout for your post. In the example below you would send the 0.014 SBD and 6.587 STEEM over to the @phctop3 account as your entry fee. We’ll take it from there and convert all of the prize pool to SBD for easy prize distribution at the end of the month!

Classic choices as well. ET is the topic and you can't go wrong with the movie of it's name! We are all big fans of the little guy in this household.
Alien and Aliens are different movies but equally as brilliant. Sigourney Weaver is the ultimate heroine. Some wickedly tense moments waiting for the aliens to breach their defenses.
MiB Another awesome choice. Will Smith is beyond cool. The movie is so funny and well put together.

Throwing down the gauntlet with another round of great choices! I have a feeling this may be a month where we have to pull out some tie-breakers because everyone has made some killer picks! I would imagine we'll get some great voting participation on the dpoll, as well, due to you guys really knocking it out. You're right about the E.T., it's one of the most iconic ones out there and your other choices are damn good classics as well! I've not mustered up the courage to watch Alien yet, I think the only one from the series I saw was Alien vs Predator which gave me sleepless nights for a long time!!

Predator is another good movie choice that I see some picked. I must have watched the original a half dozen times or more.
AvP combined both icon figures and was fun to watch.
Yea I watched the first predator film soon after with Arnie in and that was pretty cool.
There have been some exciting choices though and it will be interesting to see how the steem community decides this one!
