Hello steemians.. i want to share this food that we ate earlier in our lunch..It is called a "Chicken Ginger Soup" or commonly known "Tinolang Manok" in our country Philippines.

Many people said that it is more delicious if you used native chicken than the hybrid chicken, but nowadays hybrid chickens are already being sold to market because native chickens are rarely be seen due to its production that are not growing faster.

In this recipe that i uploaded above
we utilized Philippine local chicken(native chicken) because conveys more delightful soup however it requires greater investment until delicate.

Some people says that this straightforward Filipino formula is generally served to patients and lactating moms extraordinarily amid stormy season.

Native chicken is more nutritious than the hybrid one because aside from its organic it is not also injected with medicines.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

When it comes to Tinola, no one beats my Dad at cooking the best one with native chicken we have from our farm 😊 indeed, they taste better, especially with its sabaw (broth) than frozen ones
