SAUTEED EGGPLANT WITH EGG

Good morning guys, Rise and shine steemians and lets all have lunch with this delicious and nutritious dish. It is called sauteed eggplant with egg. This dish is famous in the Philippines and one of the few options on how to cook eggplant. This dish's ingredients are obviously egg and eggplant and with the basic spices like onion and garlic plus the seasoning of salt and pepper.

Cooking it is just easy and just takes a short amount of time land I'm gonna share it to you with this post.

Ingredients:

sliced eggplant
beaten eggs
sliced onion and garlic
soy sauce
salt and pepper
cooking oil

procedure:

put a little bit of cooking oil in a heated pan
saute the garlic and onion
put the sliced eggplant and add a little bit of soy sauce then cover till the eggplant becomes tender
put the beaten egg and season with salt and pepper depending on you taste
that's it, you're done. You can now serve it and share it with family and friends.
