SHA-E FOR DINNER(DEEP FRIED PORK INTESTINE)
Hi guys, I want to share to you this famous dish here in the Philippines. It is called "sya-i" in our dialect or tina-e (intestine). It is usually found on occasions like fiestas because people usually cook whole pork meat during those celebrations. Sya-i is pig's intestine that is deep fried and is perfect if dip in vinegar with spices.
What you can see in the photo is a sliced sya-i and is ready to be served and eaten.
