Pangasinan is Submerged Again

Our province is currently submerged in flood. The last flooding was three weeks ago and due to persistent rains, flood seems to persist.

In Dagupan City, majority of the roads were already flooded. Even the major city roads were already submerged since yesterday up to now.

Calasiao, a town near Dagupan City, was one of the most affected too. This area is the town proper, and it is close to the market. The reason of the flood is the overflowing of Sinucalan River, which the water may be coming from other provinces which are at highlands.

At the moment, we are also flooded which was caused not just by the rain (rain isn't persistent) but by releasing of water from San Roque Dam. We just hope that the sun will go out or the rain won't fall again.
