We've all heard this line: "Its not what you said, its how you say it."

Being able to properly express yourself and knowing how to present things in a way that won't get you into trouble is a gift. Some people are born with it, and others are unfortunately not.

Most of the times, chaos starts because someone was misunderstood or what she said might have been distorted or exaggerated by others. Also, not talking, sends mixed signals, and thus leads things in a more complicated situation.

I adore people who speaks their mind so well and knows the perfect words to say. Being articulate is a great skill, and I really wish I had it too. Haha.

Goodnight everyone! It was challenging and fun day at work. I hope you guys are loving what you're doing, and its geared towards making things better. Stay inspired, and be tough because its not always gonna be an easy ride. Speak your mind in the most respectful, diplomatic and polite way that it will resolve issues rather than ignite some disagreements.

Also, bear in mind that everyday is a learning process. You might not be able to figure everything at once, but as long as you have the best intention, you don't have to worry, just keep going. =)
