1 kg. Liver With A Pinch Of Salt And Pepper
Oil
Onion
4 Garlic

(This Ingredients Must Be Mix Together In A Bowl Like In The Image In Down / Mixture)

4 Garlic
1 Pinch Salt
4 Laurel Leaves
1 Cup Water
1 Teaspoon Whole Pepper Corn
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Tablespoonful Brown Sugar
5 Tablespoon Vinegar
9 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

STEP 1: In a Pot, Put oil and wait until hot.

STEP 2: In Medium Heat, Saute Garlic and wait until Golden Brown. After add Onion and wait until Transparent.

STEP 3: Add Liver and Simmer in Medium Heat until the oil go out.

STEP 4: After Add the Mixture. Mix it to balance the taste of mix Ingredients/Mixture to the Liver. Simmer until the Liver Penetrate the Mixture. If the Mixture becomes Thick and then became Smaller then your "Adobong Atay/Chicken Liver Stewed in Soy Sauce and Vinegar" is ready to Serve.
