Waiting situations are common aspects of contemporary life: expecting the dentist, waiting for the plane, expecting my friend to join me at the restaurant. Modern technology, particularly the utilisation of smart phones provides a close to excellent way to distract oneself from things. However, can we all react in a similar means once waiting? Patience could be a wise response to life. This life is offensive in so many ways. Individuals are often mean, cruel, and hurtful. Circumstances will be sudden, unpredictable, and damaging. We might feel as if we live underneath siege from one thing or someone most of the time.

In response, you may go around getting angry and engaging in a battle over each slight and unfair circumstance. You'll be fast to anger and prepared to explode. However remaining fully battle mode isn't a wise way to live your life. It produces unbelievable stress, alienates the individuals around you, and distorts your ability to get pleasure from and appreciate life.
