Type Of Personality Disorder

in #philosophy6 years ago

Sometimes the behaviors of others leave us baffled, as they are totally incomprehensible from our perspective. That's why, on many occasions, you may have asked yourself the reason for the personality of those around you without being able to find answers. Maybe they suffer some kind of personality disorders.

We must know that our personality is not a solid rock and perfectly carved, but sometimes in it different depths and cracks are distinguished. However, sometimes those cracks can be so deep that they break and become the most characteristic of a concrete structure. The same happens with the personality.

Certain characteristics, sometimes disturbing, can occur in a person not as an exception, but as a habitual pattern of behavior: this is what we know as Personality Disorders.

What are personality disorders?

A personality disorder is a pattern of habitual behavior in a person that becomes evident in late adolescence and early adulthood. This way of behaving often alters frequently and with great evidence the relationships with others.

What we observe in personality disorders is that a certain characteristic becomes totally central in a person's behavior. So, for example, we can all want to be the center of attention in certain situations, but there are people who are NOT able to act without it in this way, in one way or another.

Some of the different personality disorders that cause more rejection

Bearing in mind that certain maladaptive features can become the usual way of behaving in a person, in various situations and in a stable way over time, we will explain what are the personality disorders that occur in the population and that More discomfort generated around him:

Narcissistic personality disorder

People with this disorder are characterized by a general pattern of grandiosity and a need for admiration from others. They have a high sense of self-importance, they are preoccupied with fantasies of unlimited success, power, brilliance, beauty or imaginary love.

Narcissists often present arrogant attitudes, lack empathy and use relationships as a means to obtain their ends. They are considered "special and unique", pretentious, exploitative and often present envy

Paranoid personality disorder

People who suffer from this disorder are characterized by a distrust or suspicion towards the environment, so that the intentions of others are interpreted as malicious. They continually think that their environment is conspiring against them or that they are receiving unfounded accusations and insults from certain people. We know them because they involve our intentions of suspicion and distrust.

They are obsessed with loyalty, they are suspicious that others are going to betray them at any moment and that the information that the environment has of their life will be used against them.

All this leads them to have reluctance when establishing privacy or offering their confidence. Moreover, if he believes that he is betrayed, he holds a grudge for a long time, with constant references to the grievances he may have received. It is not strange that this shows more virulence towards the couple, constantly believing that he is being unfaithful.

Borderline personality disorder

In this personality disorder we observe a general pattern of instability in interpersonal relationships and in their self-image, as well as a remarkable impulsiveness, which begins at the beginning of adulthood and occurs in different contexts. They usually make others guilty of their discomfort.

It is said borderline because these people are on the edge of extreme neuroticism that can lead to a psychotic episode in some situations

Along with depression, this disorder seems to be the one that grows most within the population and that is why we will explain it more carefully. People who suffer from this disorder are characterized by having an unstable pattern of relationships with others, everything seems to be negative or positive, without the possibility of being analyzed in a "temperate" way.

The most conflictive personality limit is the regulation of emotions. The therapy will be focused on the person being able to validate himself and being able to modulate his emotions, accepting them and regulating them

Many theories, such as the Mentalization of Anthony Bateman and Peter Fonagy tell us that in these people there is an inability to understand oneself and others in subjective terms. That is, these people convert their anguish directly into an act, without going through a mental filter.

His discomfort, not being able to be understood in a rational way, materializes in compulsive acts: hence the self-harm and the great likelihood of suicide that exists in this disorder with respect to others. Another of the most famous therapies for this disorder has been the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy of Marsha M.Linehan.

She herself suffered from this type of personality disorder and developed in her theory the idea that there is a biological predisposition but it is environmental facts that trigger the "outbreak". Some films that explore this disorder are "Interrupted Innocence" or the Spanish "La herida".

Personality dependent disorder

This type of personality disorder is encompassed within fearful or anxious personality disorders. People who manifest this disorder are characterized by presenting a pattern of behavior in which there is a general and excessive need to take care of one, which causes a behavior of submission, dependence and fear of separation.

Dependents are afraid to make decisions for themselves and need reassurance and reassurance from others

Dependents tend to search for a partner desperately despite not feeling a true emotional involvement, simply by avoiding the feeling of helplessness of being alone. Sometimes, if they feel abandoned, they try to draw attention over certain limits and looking for the guilt of others.

Histrionic personality disorder

People with this disorder have a general pattern of excessive emotionality and a search for attention. They are seductive, dramatic and enthusiastic in their eagerness to achieve it. These behaviors are related to egocentricity and the inability to assume certain discomfort in their social relationships.

The histrionic people are characterized by wanting to be the center of attention at all costs. Either with grandiosity or excessive victimization.

Apparently they have good social skills but their excessive drama and theatricality tends to erode the relationships they maintain with others. They do not tolerate frustration well and any abandonment or gesture of indifference towards them can be taken as an intolerable offense, causing them deep discomfort.

yes, now i already understand your intentions, but i see that now we send 1 sbd for minnowbooster, after we get vote, until the time rewards, we lose, we can not get 1 sbd again. That's what puzzles me.

if I understand you ... you have to be lucky to get additional votes, since you invest 1 $ and you get back 2 $ in vote when you realize you have lost, but the key of all these is to call new voters or more followers.

yes, now i already understand how your goal, it sounds very good, that way we can have the advantage of many followers and get vote from new people, okay, i will try your way this

ok try investing 0.5 per publication the losses will not be much if you do not get to get additional votes. but you have something positive you want additional steempower in each publication.
