Who do you owe your allegiance?steemCreated with Sketch.

In a typical setting especially that of humans, it would be an oversight to assume that there are no calibers or loyalty system. An employee will be loyal to his/her employer, the company's policy or governing rules. The same way a working team should be loyal to the project at hand. From this obvious analogy, it is expedient for an ordinary human being to be loyal to a course (it is a natural phenomenon).
That is, you have a particular set of people you can either ride or die for come rain, come sunshine. Even, let heaven falls, they have earned your loyalty crest and have been placed a rank above others.

While the year is still young, we need to re-examine the people, system, and project we owe allegiance to. Do they worth our loyalty? Are they also loyal to us? Can they ride or die for a course with us, a project/business?
Our loyalty to a project, or the system is proportionate and will determine our personality, the association, and circle we keep. It will indirectly define the level of our productivity and aspiration for the greater good of the society.

In the light of this, despite the price of steem and major challenges faced by the project. I would like to reaffirm my loyalty and commitment to this project and STEEM ecosystem itself. I have always strived hard to keep my own part and I won't stop doing my best for steem.
