In this episode we conver a buch of stuff, starting out with the different games we are each building and some of the struggles we face with the "self learning" technique as well as making ends meet while developing. next we head into cryptoville and the "blood on the streets" etc. which has been plaguing the crypto space for quite some time.... yes its the end of cryptocurrencies.... again.... just like last time right ? ans the time before that ? lol.
Eventually we get on the toppic of psychedelics which seems like a common theme and the beginning of a saga on the trials and tribulations one experiences "on the other side", the meanings to the individual, extrapolation of the "data attained" and application in the real world /day to day living post event.
We question time and its relevance in the universe.... or is it only relevant to mankind ? and much more. so if all that sounds like something you would be into i definitely recommend tuning in to the shows as they happen or having a listen to the recording made available in the aforementioned link.

Cheers, I was wondering if you had a recording after missing the last few shows, I've even got the start time marked in my journal and still miss it by (usually) around 10 mins. Never mind, I will try again this week :)
Yeah the times of shows have been moving around of late due to the shift from daylight savings from one pole to the other ;)
@clayboyn posts all the recordings of his shows on his page here im just a semi permanent side kick on his show from time to time..... sometimes, lolz. BUT what that means is that you never have to miss a show again !!!! YAY!!!!! AND there is a back catalog for you to sift through at you discretion, how cool is that ? :)
That was weird.... I'm actually listening to the recording right now so it took me a minute to realise your reply wasn't in discord chat.... d'oh lol - but I'm onto it and will try not to miss it this week. Besides, even when you're not speaking, you always keep me amused via the chat and gifs so there's never a dull moment

Clay was asking me time related question in the past. And surprisingly after the show the other day, I had a chance to expand my perspective about it, after reading the power of now by Eckhart tolle. In the book it was mentioned that time is an illusion . However, I still haven't made up my stance on it. Is there any interesting literature that speaks about time which you can recommend to me?

Hey @macchiata thanks for the comment :) I cant say i have read anything specifically about time that i would recommend, for me Its more a culmination of data which has been attained from various sources.
My studies in psychology presented some interesting scientific data on "the effect of awe on time", there is also the commonly accepted understandings of time being relative such as "time flies when you are having fun" and "time stands still when you are bored", in addition to this there is also the anecdotal interactions we have with time ourselves as individuals.
The truth is that we struggle to quantify anything we experience in our "reality" in any meaningful way. Science struggles to keep up with what we think "is" becoming what "was" and moving forward to new and better understandings of what is around us. this is further complicated when we apply the HOOMAN condition and the effect of subjectivity on the objective landscape.
I would agree that "time is an illusion" in the sense that time as we know it is a "man made" construct, that is, how we perceive it is considerably flawed. We dont see a lion quit the hunt as its about to take down its prey just because its 5 in the afternoon and its time to clock out, lol. However, this does not mean that animals have no sense of "time" in their own way, seasons for migration, hibernation, reproduction, when to hunt, sleep, etc.
It may come down to the fact that time may exists in various ways not only to the individual species, but also to the individual within the species, but its is how we experience it that differs, and if this is the case it is something that science can not account for or measure... if time something which we only experience as an individual, is misinterpreted by the senses, has a deceptive appearance/impression, is a false idea/belief... is that not the very definition of an illusion ? it is quite the conundrum, lol.
Those adds up to my understanding. Well also adding new things I can explore further such as psychological time.
I tend to follow any thread i find interesting... leads to some interesting discoveries about what hoomans think about many subjects and....
