Just I want to share with you one interesting methodology.
I found out about its existence some time ago and I'm going to study it in more detail and try to follow it for the rest of my life.
Many of us are looking for opportunities of unity with the Higher mind, dream of achieving harmony within ourselves and with the world around us, find and make mistakes.
Here, in this technique, I found answers to many questions that I think will be interesting for you, and will help you find yourself.
What kind of technique is this?
It has an interesting name-HO'OPONOPONO, which in Hawaiian sounds like" do right "or"fix a mistake."
Its objective is the attainment of human harmony with himself and with all the purifying of the soul and the mind, and as a consequence, Union with God within themselves.
People throughout the existence of mankind have been looking for ways to achieve this.
The method of self-identity through Ho'oponopono was invented by Jamaican shaman Morrna Nalamaku Simeona, recognized by his Supreme teacher.
Also, in 1983, it was recognized as a living treasure of Hawaii. Her life credo was: "the World begins with me."
This technique has described in his writings known to psychiatrist was Heliacal Hugh Lin, who is involved, and a very successful medical practice based on Ho'oponopono, and writer Joe Vitale in his book on Ho'oponopono "Life without limits".
What is essence of this doctrine?
Basically, just to repeat, as often as possible, four phrases:
• "I love you"
• "I'm grateful to you"
• "I'm sorry"
• "Forgive me."
Almost a repetition of these phrases in relation to patients of the psychiatric clinic closed Hugh Lin cured them without touching them, without using any medication or any other effects of a therapeutic nature. And many of them were found terminally ill, most of them were dangerous criminals.
In addition, some of fundamental tenets of teachings of Ho'oponopono are as follows:
Physical universe is embodiment of our thoughts.
Negative in thoughts leads to creation of same negative physical reality.
Bright, positive thoughts create a physical reality filled with love.
• Each of us is fully responsible for this.
Nothing exists in itself, apart from us.
Everything exists as thoughts in mind.
Followers of doctrine, whose efforts it develops further and spreads to masses, say that all efforts of people should be directed to return to God, accept him, thereby avoiding suffering.
Do not be fooled in fact that we know better what we want at moment.
In fact, we are only transforming the will of God through our brains.
Even science has already proved that decisions are made on a subconscious level, and the mind can only argue them for themselves and make a ready decision.
To achieve success in any business, we must not be afraid to take full responsibility not only for our actions, but also for everything that happens around each of us, even if we know nothing about it.
This is why doctors who use this technique, paying attention not on the patient, but for themselves, primarily solving the problem. Strangely enough, as soon as internal problem of doctor is solved, patient recovers.
In fact, why don't we get help from doctors working in our clinics and hospitals?
Yes, just because they are not up to us, they have a lot of their own unresolved cases, and here we are with our problems...
How does method of Ho'oponopono work?
As her followers say, only two laws govern events:
Inspiration from God-the original New
Memory stored in subconscious - and later Old.
Memory is seen as a repository of any kind of problem, whether it be of a personal or a public nature.
The transition of a person to a state as close as possible to God is carried out through forgiveness and love for Almighty.
It is that memory is purified from negative energy of memories and achieved a state of complete peace and harmony, in which a person can perceive messages of God, giving him inspiration.
For your desires to be fulfilled, it is necessary to focus on purification and believe that only God knows how and when it will be possible to fulfill your desires.
The use of this technique does not require any effort from the person, but bringing to harmony, allows you to solve not only their own, but also other people's problems, while maintaining complete anonymity.
Also, there are many practical exercises that help, including through meditation, to achieve peace and perfection of the spirit. But about this, and not only that, I'll tell you later in another article.
