Present

Not being present, not being the full you. Moving(living) because of someone else. Feeling like you are not here but somewhere else.

The more we go back to self the more we regain control. We are giving control(pieces) to others to externalize our needs, and therefore we give power away.
The more we are living out our flow the more we feel alive. It is the inner fire that keeps us going, don't depend on someone else's fire to keep you flowing. Be the fire that keeps you flowing.
