Phoneum Fundraising Update

As many of you know, over the past couple of weeks, we have had an active fundraising event on our website. During this time, we have offered a 30% bonus for all who participated in the first stage.

We are pleased to announce that we will be closing the fundraise in 24 hours, on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 8PM ET. We are doing this in order to prepare for our ICO which will begin on July 30, 2018 and run until September 30, 2018.

Upon the conclusion of our private sale and pre-sale (fundraising event) we are now more than half way to our softcap of $1,000,000.00.

If you were thinking of participating, now is the time! For the next 24 hours, we will continue to offer the 30% bonus. Once we close the fundraising event, the bonus structure will be adjusted. The 30% bonus will no longer be available.

Some might ask why we are announcing this now. We have been meeting with our legal team and working through the everchanging world-wide regulations.

When we launch our ICO, it is our intention to open it up to more countries and to provide a wider range of payment options. We also plan to roll out a major marketing initiative. We realize that this also alters our Roadmap. We will announce the update once the ICO opens.

PHM will be launched initially as an ERC20 token with a maximum supply of 20,000,000,000. The ICO allocation will be 2,462,500,000 PHM tokens available to the public starting on July 30, 2018. There will be four stages with discounts varying per stage. Registration is now open for early entry, but tokens will only be available for sale beginning July 30, 2018. Influencers and bounty participants will gain a 5% PHM bonus on all direct referrals from members assigned referral codes.
