At this meeting I want to tell about the difficulty of the farmers in earning a living, what I tell you here is especially the farmers of rice fields or in other words farmers who grow rice paddy.

The heavy rain and wind made the farmers' rice collapsed on the ground, this happened because a heavy rain occurred in a few days, not to mention there were flooded fields which made the farmers worried that crop failure and falling rice grain prices would increase.

These are some of the pho- phography of rice fields submerged by floods, a sense of worry and disappointment very clearly seen on the faces of farmers whose fields are submerged in floods, strangely not all farmers who experience crop failures are only partially, there are also rice fields that are not submerged, but their rice plants attacked by pests.
