Dandelion Jam
Ingredients:
370-400 pcs. dandelions,
2 cups water,
7 cups shugar.
Cooking:
Wash the flowers, cover with water and set on fire. Boil for 2 minutes after boiling. Cover the colander with gauze, fold the dandelions on it and squeeze. In the resulting broth, add sugar, put on the fire and boil. Boil the jam for 7 minutes from the moment of boiling, pour the jam on clean jars.
