Rice in a multicooker with frozen vegetables

Cups of rice vegetable oil
spices: 1/2 tsp. black mustard, turmeric, cumin or other.
250-300 g of frozen vegetables: green beans, green peas, zucchini, Bulgarian pepper or others.
1 small carrot 3 cups of water 1.5 tsp large salt (or to taste)

  1. Rinse the rice several times and drain well.
  2. Turn on the multicooker in the "Frying" mode and set the time to 15 minutes (if there is no such mode, then "Baking" and interrupt it after 15 minutes).
  3. Pour some vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Put the spices (I added another Georgian spice mix).
  4. Add grated carrots and frozen vegetables. 5. Close the multicooker lid and fry the vegetables for 10 minutes (stir 1-2 times during frying).
  5. Add washed rice. Mix.
  6. Fry for another 5 minutes.
  7. Pour water (preferably hot) and salt.
  8. Close the lid and turn on the "Rice" mode. When the slow cooker reports the end of preparation, you can open.
