Rice in a multicooker with frozen vegetables
Cups of rice vegetable oil
spices: 1/2 tsp. black mustard, turmeric, cumin or other.
250-300 g of frozen vegetables: green beans, green peas, zucchini, Bulgarian pepper or others.
1 small carrot 3 cups of water 1.5 tsp large salt (or to taste)
- Rinse the rice several times and drain well.
- Turn on the multicooker in the "Frying" mode and set the time to 15 minutes (if there is no such mode, then "Baking" and interrupt it after 15 minutes).
- Pour some vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Put the spices (I added another Georgian spice mix).
- Add grated carrots and frozen vegetables. 5. Close the multicooker lid and fry the vegetables for 10 minutes (stir 1-2 times during frying).
- Add washed rice. Mix.
- Fry for another 5 minutes.
- Pour water (preferably hot) and salt.
- Close the lid and turn on the "Rice" mode. When the slow cooker reports the end of preparation, you can open.
