This shot was taken from the roof of a friends apartment in Tigre, province of Buenas Aries, Argentina. The tallest building in Tigre in 2002. You are looking south to Buenos Aries. The buildings you see in the distance are in San Ferdando a few miles to the south. Buenos Aries is about 25 miles to the south and visible on a clear day.
