In Which We View the Lioness and Her Prey

In a recent trip to Disney's Animal Kingdom, we took in one of our usual favorites, Kilimanjaro Safaris. It's always a little better going later in the day, as you tend to see more animals. This time around, we got to see a couple of female lions lounging in the dwindling sun, with the male yawning not far off.

A bit later, we observed one of many deer-like creatures that can be found on the reserve.
