Desert of Siloli

So is this the start of another SBD pump ; or just a failed attempt?

This is the remote Desert of Siloli. It sits at an altitude of around 4,500 meters high on the Bolivian Altiplano in Bolivia and is a cold lonely place. The snow on the mountains is deceiving as to how dry it is as it can be from from snow decades ago due to such low precipitation rates. A sublime place to explore and photograph for an introvert like me.
