Racing 'cross the desert
At a hundred miles an hour
To the orange side
Through the clouds and thunder
THE IMAGE
As I raced across the open highway of route 50 Nevada... i stopped for a lightning storm.
This wasn't a shot with actual lightning in the image but loved the orange and purple glow that night.
Also because i was towing a trailer i was certainly not going 100mph haha

I'm known for having a song for any word you use... so why not have a picture for it as well!

Looks like a peaceful and lonesome stretch of highway with wonderful colors of nature all around.
yeah pretty much... but I did have 2-3 vehicles drive by in the hour i was there so i guess it's not totally abandoned. haha
