WHAT IS IT?
Just thought I'd like to play the what is it game. Maybe I'll share a small award... but mostly i wanna see what people think.
In any case I've been doing a ton of photography in sort of a blitz before heading to the airport in just over 2 days from right now

Well i'm not a big fan of cantaloupe haha.
But I can see how you guys thought that.
Great shot... cracked ice, but not on a pond or lake as it would be longer crack lines ... seems to be ice on top of a surface, possible sidewalk.
Took this yesterday... hasn't been that cold around here yet.
At the first glance I thought it would be a leaf texture, but at closer inspection... nope far away from leaves.
To me this looks like something icy / frozen but for water it would need a higher reflection.
So lets say muddy waters/ frozen mud, or something that has "frozen cracks"? :)
It hasn't quite been that cold here in Utah yet.
