Epic Dawn
This incredible scene greeted me at dawn on the first day of Quyllurit'i in the Sinakara Valley, high up in the Peruvian Andes. It reminded me of Peter Jackson's interpretation of Tolkien's Mordor from the Lord of the Rings Trilogy.
At 4,700m above sea level, this valley is not for the faint hearted. Traveling here without any prior acclimatisation time is inadvisable and will almost certainly result in altitude sickness.
This looks just surreal , like a movie .. Crazy! Love it !
