Do not hate but love the people you serve!
You serve not because you want profit only. You become responsible with that you do because you want to be of help to people. Ask them what they need. Think of ways on how to touch their lives. Bless them with your unique products, quality services or timely interventions. When you care for your people, you will take the time to know what they want and give it to them. When you are concerned in serving others, you will take a particular attention to the quality of the service you offer. When you begin to become other-centered, you will adjust to what people need at present and focus your effort on what matters to them. When you love the people you serve, they will love you back.
